We started our Listit concept in 2007 and have obtained over 200 Listit sites to date. We realize that in order to grow our business and expand the potential of each site we would have to either raise millions of dollars or offer individual partnerships in each of our 200+ sites. We have decided the individual partnerships has the most favorable potential. Having a local partner who knows the area and will work that area to the maximum of his or her ability is by far our ideal business design.

An investment of $12,500 is required to start the development process which can take between 30-60 days. Partners should have an additional $10,000 available to sustain their part of the venture through the growing stages. Partners will receive 100% of the net revenue from their partnership sites until their entire investment has been recouped, at which point they will receive 60% of the net revenue and Listit Corp will receive 40%.
